OPPOSITION TO TELEPHONE CANVASSING

In accordance with article L. 223-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to register on the telephone anti-solicitation list: ‘When a professional collects telephone data from a consumer, he shall inform the consumer of his right to register on the telephone anti-solicitation list. Where this information is collected when a contract is concluded, the contract shall mention, in a clear and comprehensible manner, the existence of this right for the consumer’.

‘Conditions of sale of the tariff

Cancellation or modification by the customer

1. In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

2. The conditions of sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.

3. Bookings made in advance cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Sums paid in advance, i.e. deposits, will not be reimbursed. In this case, this is mentioned in the conditions of sale of the tariff.

4. When the conditions of sale of the fare booked so permit :

- the reservation may be cancelled directly on the Site or the Mobile Services via the ‘Consult or cancel your reservation’ section;

- the reservation may be modified directly with the hotel, whose telephone number is specified on the reservation confirmation sent by e-mail.

5. If the stay is interrupted for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the entire agreed price will be cashed. In the case of a reservation with prepayment, no refund will be granted.

6. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the customer must leave the room before 12.00 noon on the day the reservation ends. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.

7. All reservations are by name only and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, against payment or on a commercial basis.
